As a small business in operation for over 10 years, we have learned that we need some ground rules to maintain consistently enjoyable and fair services for all clients. Thank you for understanding.
If you are running late to your appointment, we allow a five-minute grace period. Understand that clients are booked back-to-back and if you are more than five minutes late, we might not be able to take you for your appointment. In this scenario, this will result in a 50% late cancellation charge.
RESCHEDULE or CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or make a change, we kindly ask that you do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled to another day, less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% late cancellation charge. Any cancellation made via text, email, or left on the voicemail after hours will count as the same-day cancellation.
If you completely miss your appointment without any notice you will be charged a 50% no-show charge. Each client has a 5 no-show limit, after 5 no-shows we will no longer see you as a client.
CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT
Being a small business with appropriate paid staffing, we require a credit card to hold all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system. No exceptions. This card will only be charged if you late cancel, arrive late, or no-show. Please bring your form of payment to your appointment.

TANNING CLOTHING POLICY
Ladies, you are welcome to wear as little or as much as you are comfortable wearing - just keep unwanted tan lines in mind! Gentleman, we require that you wear underwear or swim trunks.
If you are dissatisfied with any service, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP. The sooner we know, the better. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that our work can be visually inspected. At that time, adjustments are made available to you at no cost within 24 hours of the initial service.
Due to high credit card processing fees, we appreciate cash gratuity for our staff.
We love having you as a guest but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
REFUNDS: SERIES, PRODUCTS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, PACKAGES
Certificates, Series, and Packages are non-refundable. Unused, unopened products are eligible for returns 14 days after purchase. If you are unhappy with the results of your service and have consulted with and received a redo and are still not satisfied, Bronzed management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund you.
